EAZy Balance reserves the right not to treat any person who is abusive, intimidating or is asking for “other explicit services” outside of the professional nature of this business. The police will be informed if there are any violations of a personal or business nature.

 

Services

EAZy Balance reserve the right to change the information and prices for services at any time without giving any notice with the exception of existing and already paid services. 

​

All deposits taken for any services with EAZy Balance are non-refundable. 

 

All Gift Vouchers sold by EAZy Balance are non-refundable or transferable. No change is given. Value and expire date are always written on the Gift Voucher unless otherwise stated on the voucher. The voucher is no longer valid after the expiry date. Cancellation Policy for Gift Vouchers apply as below.

 

Case study clients will benefit from half price treatments with a commitment to attend the desired amount of treatments required as part of any CPD course I attend.  This will be classified as a package deal and must be paid upfront. Payment and Cancellation Policy apply as below.

 

For home visits, an additional charge of £15 will be added to the listed price of any service.

 

Cancellation Policy

​

All appointments (including pre-paid and Gift Vouchers), made outside 24 hour period, can be cancelled with given at least 24 hour notice of appointment time. No charge will be made and appointments can be rebooked.

Cancellations within 24 hours and at least 4 hours before appointment time will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. The charge will be invoiced and must be paid within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid appointments.

Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time or "No Show" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The charge will be invoiced and must be paid within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid appointments.

 

All appointments (including pre-paid and Gift Vouchers), made within the 24 hour period can be cancelled with given at least 8 hour notice of appointment time. No charge will be made and appointments can be rebooked.

Cancellations within 8 to 4 hours before appointment time will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. The charge will be invoiced and must be paid within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid appointments.

Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time or "No Show" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The charge will be invoiced and must be paid within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid appointments.

 

Any repeat cancellations (more than 3) require a non-refundable deposit of £15 paid at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the cost of conducted treatment. The appointment will be cancelled if deposit payment will not be received within 48 hours from booking.

 

In the event of EAZy Balance having unforeseen circumstances where therapy cannot be undertaken, clients will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment or refunds will be issued for pre-paid appointments.

 

Payment Policy

The most current price list for offered services is included on my website. Full payment is due for all conducted treatments. Payments can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer.

 

In the event of non-payment, the client will be invoiced for the full amount. This must be paid within 10 days of the date on invoice or interest will be added and further action will be taken.

 

If the client, is late for appointments, the time for the treatment will be reduced in order to keep to schedule of other appointments. No refund will be issued and no change will be given.

 

As a courtesy, we may text or message you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

All package deals require upfront payment. The Payment and Cancellation policy applies.

 

All paid deposits, pre-paid bookings and purchased Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
