TFT - Thought Field Therapy
What it is?
TFT - Thought Field Therapy is an energy based form of psychotherapy that reduces symptoms of psychological distress such as trauma, addictive urges, emotional eating, anxiety, phobias, panic, obsession (OCD), depression, grief, rage, shame, guilt, and many more emotional imbalances.

TFT - Thought Field Therapy is suitable for everyone. Is pain-free, non-invasive, with no harm and no side effects.
How it works?
TFT - Thought Field Therapy was developed 25 years ago by American psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan, who combined modern psychotherapy and Eastern tradition.
TFT - Thought Field Therapy is a variation of psychotherapy that involves gentle tapping with the fingers on certain energy meridian points while focusing on the emotional problem. Tapping is performed on the upper body and hands. Results are immediate with lasting relief, balancing and promoting emotional well-being.

TFT - Thought Field Therapy incorporates some of the elements of other complementary therapies such as kinesiology or NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and can be performed with different energy-based therapies.
What to expect?
TFT - Thought Field Therapy session requires very little discussion about the problem comparing with other psychotherapies. You do not have to talk about your distress unless you want to. I will ask you to think about your issue and to rate the level of it on a scale ranging from 0 or 1 to 10. Then, a specific algorithm right for your distress will be performed by tapping on meridian points. It is important that you focus on the issue while tapping. Our goal is to reduce the level of distress to 1 or 2 on a scale of 10. I might use some methods of kinesiology and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) during the session too. After the session, I will give you the information you need to treat yourself at home if any problems reoccur in the future or if you wish to maintain the progress you have made.

TFT - Thought Field Therapy session can be performed in person or via video call on Zoom, Skype, Messenger or WhatsApp. The typical session lasts 60 minutes but it could be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of your issue. The number of sessions needed will also depend on the severity of the issue and your susceptibility to treatment. Generally, most patients achieve success from between one and five sessions.
